Following the success of Arbor Green’s initial launch, our Year Two campaign for Rolleston’s newest neighbourhood was designed to move the brand beyond commercial property marketing and into the realm of real human experience.

The client’s brief was a nice one — find a way to authentically reflect life in Rolleston and Aotearoa and lift the brand in a way that genuinely resonates with the people who might one day call Arbor Green home. In short, make it real.

To do this, we chose to focus on what makes life meaningful. We wanted to celebrate the everyday moments that matter most when everything else is stripped away: simple pleasures, daily leisures, moments treasured, and milestones measured.

These themes became the foundation of our strategic storytelling and informed a photographic and messaging direction grounded in real life rather than commercial convention.

Taking charge of the brand's marketing strategy and implementation also allowed us to ensure that the creative moved with the client, their industry and thier audience. By working together and staying nimble, budget was only put where it had the most impact and less effective branches of the campaign were wound down before resources were wasted. This approach led to a significant decrease in overall marketing spend, while almost doubling impressions and enquiry.
