Arbor Green, Rolleston’s newest neighbourhood, is an impressive new development located in the heart of New Zealand’s fastest growing town.

Over the coming years this epic, master-planned subdivision will feature over a thousand homes, a primary school, supermarket and hospitality centre; bringing together residents from all walks of life. A fully fledged community in its own right.


With a roadmap for the future but only a bare parcel of land for inspiration, our team were asked to consider every aspect of the brand and transform this blank canvas into a popular and desirable place to live. It needed a name. A feeling. Something special that set our turf apart in a crowded competitor landscape.


In response, we created Arbor Green — a robust and relatable commercial brand identity, rolled out by our team across every conceivable touchpoint before finally being introduced to the public with an extensive digital and out-of-home launch campaign. This ambitious campaign commanded hundreds of thousands of views and almost instant brand awareness with builders and buyers across the Canterbury region.
